FSI has extensive experience in the conduct of technical investigations and canine assisted scene searches both for private industry and pubic agencies. FSI personnel have the experience and knowledge to take your case from the scene to the courtroom. FSI is also the home of FSI K9 Academy, one of the nation's leading trainers of reliable scent detection canines. FSI works with public safety and law enforcement officials and industry professionals around the country who have a serious interest in finding target substances. FSI is owned and operated by Master Trainer, David Latimer. David was recently apointed Chief of Police for Harpersville, AL after serving the City of Vincent, AL as K9 and patrol officer for just over five years. David has conducted hendreds of canine-assisted investigations and scene examinations in both the private and public sectors. David holds numerous technical certifications related to the field of forensics and fire and explosion investigation and K9 training.
